Our Story
CRUX Alpine was born from a simple obsession: the mountains that have shaped my identity.
I grew up in the shadow of the Dolomites—with my hands covered in chalk, dirt under my fingernails, and routes with names older than my grandparents. There’s a moment every climber knows well: the “crux.” The hardest move on the route, the one that determines whether you’ll complete it or fall. That’s where the brand gets its name.
I started designing T-shirts because I couldn’t find anything that reminded me of my mountains: not generic outdoor gear, but something that truly captured their essence. Some designs are based on real coordinates: peaks I’ve climbed. Others are just a feeling: the cold air of an ice route at dawn, the silence before a big climb.
