Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website www.cruxalpine.com (the "Site") operated by CRUX Alpine.

  • All products sold on the Site are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners.
  • Product descriptions, images, and prices are presented as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are completely accurate, error-free, or current.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
  • Shipping is currently available within the United States only. Orders placed from outside our current shipping zone may be cancelled and refunded.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Estimated production and shipping times are provided on the Site and are approximate, not guaranteed.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made to order, please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details on returns, exchanges, and eligibility for refunds.
